Bay-Area Exteriors formally known as Bay Area Shell is a partnership of Cory Frier and William Daniel formed because they saw a need in the market to provide a simple solution to builders and GCs to fulfill their shell contracting and siding installation needs. Bay Area Shell was founded to provide a high quality, highly communicative, professional and experienced full shell offering. Also having both worked for James Hardie, we are a natural choice for James Hardie siding installation.   

Bay-Area Exteriors only does work for builders so we are very specialized in our field. Our 20+ years of experience in the market means that we will be around and we will be there to assist in the unlikely event that there were a problem with your structure. About Us

Cory Frier


 A Tampa native, Cory brings his experience as a production home builder in the Tampa market and his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Florida to the business.  Giving us an insider perspective on the production end and what exactly it is a builder is looking for from a sub/shell contractor.  Cory was also an install representative and sales manager for James Hardie in the Florida market so he knows intimately the proper installation techniques for Hardie siding.  Cory will focus on the accounting and construction aspects of the business.   .

William Daniel


  Also a Tampa area native, and graduate of the University of Tampa, Will brings his 8 years of experience working for the leading siding manufacturer in the world, James Hardie to the business.  Having called on builders directly and having worked extensively with suppliers, he understands what builders are looking for and how to get to them in the most efficient manner. Will will focus on the sales, marketing and operations aspect of the business.
